Execute a Stored procedure - Getting Security Error

All I want to do is click a button and have it execute a stored procedure.  I get "Request for the permission of type 'System.Data.SqlClient.SqlClientPermission, System.Data, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed."

I have googled all day and can't find a solution that works.  Can anyone help me?  Please!
