So basically I'm taking a Session variable from a login page, and based on what they put in as their user ID, I want to show or hide some controls. So basically, if they are a supervisor, they get to see more buttons and functions of the page. So I can easily make a query that pulls all the supervisors, but I don't know how to implement this in an if statement. Is it something involving the DataReader object? So down below, I want to insert the results of the query that pulls the supervisors into the question marks below. How do I do this? Right now I have:
