I have created an app where the users can fill out up to 6 different surveys and submit them. When the third party views the surveys they should see the standard contact info and THE survey that the user accessed. The issue is that I am not sure how to get the third party to view the proper survey. I know I need to use panels but I do not know how to create this without receiving errors. Below is the link to the image of what I am trying to do. The survey area is where one of the six survey would appear. Can anyone help me with this code???
