Error handling in a 3 tier

I am using asp.net 3.0 with c#. I am designing a Three tier web app and I want to add a aspx page to display all my error handling messages. Inside my DAL class files I have the Try, Catch and Finally blocks. How can I redirect my pages to my Error.aspx page and display my errors?
