Unable to add a profile image on pageload

  I am developing a forum. When a user visits his mycontrols.aspx page, his uploaded pic should be shown there. But dont know why the pic is not being displayed.
The image is uploaded in editavatar.aspx page. On the click of the upload button, the url of the selected image is sent to the database's table's field. This fields type is nvarchar(200). Here is the code code behind the upload button's click.
