removing & from data

Hello all,
I have a label that I put data into from a webservice.  In there response they format & as &

Obviously, I would prefer this not be displayed like this, but it isn't part of the data all the time.  Is there an easy way to change this behavior in the label? Should I set up a regexpression to replace it?  (If so, can you give an example) or any other ideas?
