Problem with closing the executed external exe in IIS

Hi,
 I have a code as following:


Process process = new Process();
process.StartInfo.FileName = @"C:\windows\system32\notepad.exe";
process.Start();
...
process.CloseMainWindow();


It works fine with Visual Studio when I was debuging, I can see the notepad window and it close as expected.
But somehow when I deploy it in IIS, I cannot see the notepad window, when I checks the task manager, I can see the process started. However, it will not close after the CloseMainWindow() is called.
I tried to config the Application Pool and set the user to either LocalSystem or administrator, but it is still the same.

Could anyone help me out!
