Hello. I am doing a web application that required a 2-ways authentication.
The user enters his/her username and password at the login page. Upon successful login, the system will send a pin number to the emulator (a phone on the screen) which displays the unique pin number for the user to enter into the system. If both the password sent to the emulator matched the pin number entered. It will transfer the user to the home page.
I have few questions which I seek clarifications from the experts in this area:
1. How do I develop a emulator which acts as the phone? Any API or ready apps which I could work on?
2. How to ensure that both the pin number entered will be synchronized?
3. For the generation of PIN numbers, Im intending to use CustID, DOB and their NRIC. which I think will be a unique PIN numbers for customers.
