in visible problem

Hi all ,
i want to update myprofile content like name,lastname, & 3 of status,level ,country dropdownlist box.my query is perfect run but some thing is wrong in my code so i send my code plz check my code where i m wrong & one more thing is this i execute my query in sqlserver its executd successful data is update in the table userInfo  but whenever i m updated in my project then it 's not performed
