Hello Code experts,
Using ajax and jquery i am filling a dropdownlist. But when i click the save button and try to access the selected value of dropdownlist it is showing null. Then i created one more function to put the selectedvalue of dropdown into a hiddenfield. It is showing the Id if i put alert but again hidden variable valu's also shows null in code behind.
The save button is inside an update panel i tried updating the update panel before i acces the hiddenfield but no gains
