dynamically open page using it's object

I have created one project which contains one webpage(CustomReportPage.aspx).

I want to know that how i can create dll for this project(like Class library in windows Application). Refer that in another project and get CustomReportPage.aspx( or it's object) to  open it dynamically.

Also tell me  how to open that page or it's object dynamically(on server-side code not using window.open or window.shoModelDialog in client side).

Please reply urgent.
