search problem

In my default page, I have ListBoxCOUNTRY, ListBoxSTATE, ListBoxDISTRICT and a SubmitButton. I also have SqlDataSource1 and GridView1.
I have to do a SEARCH on the basis of the selected items in the List Boxes. It is also possible that one or more list box may be disabled.

The columns in the table are: Country|State|District|Title
