Hi
I would like to know how I can use VB ASP.Net to create a pop up window, aka a user clicks on a button and a small browser window pops up on the screen to act a like a help window giving the user guidance on how to use various buttons, etc. However, the only proviso I have is that I can't use JavaScript as the application will be used in a internal network where Java Script won't be enabled.
It is possible to create a small bowser window to hold some html pages?
