Image Path is not work properly

Hello Friend.

I read image from my application folder like This:

FileStream fs = new FileStream(@"C:\Documents and Settings\Aziz\Desktop\popat 6 May 2009\IMAGES\nophoto.jpg", FileMode.Open, FileAccess.Read);

And that is work fine in Local Server.

But when My Application host on webServer then it will give error.

So What path I have to Write for it. Please Guide me.

My Image nophoto.jpg is placed in side a Image Folder which is placed in My Application folder.
