Since My previous Post was so popular I decided to give you my update with what I have learned since then, and included the code for you to copy, or read and edit what you need.
This Uses a Standard Created Form, Without the Create User Wizard, but Uses the ASP.NET Membership class so you can use the password recovery and login controls without modification
