I have a web page in which I would like to authenticate the users as the come to the page (maybe Windows Authentication?). However, if possible I would like to get their identity which I believe "User.Identity.Name;" will achieve this form me and I would like to query our database of names to see if the user is in there. If not, I would like to prompt them with the authentication login so they can provide their credentials to have access to the website as there is only a select number of individuals we would like to provide with access. Thank you!
