i have 1 list with 2 values in each line to insert in an array/arraylist

I have these values:


test1, 50
test2, 42
test3, 60
test4, 51
test5, 12


I need to insert these into an array list (or if there is another option let me know), sort by the second column, and then print out all of them in the correct layout.
