System management for user group

I have login page for my status Project, i want to allow Admin users to insert/update/delet which meant should enable insert,update,delete buttons when you logged into status page.Normal users allow only viewing the data which ment should be hide insert/update/delet buttons on status).I Named the groups as Admin and Normal users.My login table like below
