Frames in a Fixed Position

Hai,
           I loaded a URL in a Frame.I need to hide some part of the content in the URL.I used another Frame to hide the Content.But when Resolution Changes,the position of the Frame which i used to hide changes.Can any one pls tell me how to fix the frame so that the Frame doesnt change the position as the resolution changes.Thanks in Advance
