Hi,
I have a web page in my asp.net application, where i need to provide functionality to upload files of size 50MB to 2GB.
I have used the file upload control to do this. It manages to upload files to server but takes a lot of time.
I am splitting the file into chunks of data in server code before saving it to disk. But the browser buffers the complete file before it sends to the server, and that what is making the process slow.
I wanted to know if there is any way of splitting the file into chunks in the client side code and then send each chunk of data to server and finally make up a complete file in the server and save it on disk.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks and Regards.
