How to make a hyperlinked field redirect to a costumized google search page based on data .

Hello all. I am a begginer in asp.net C#, only 1 week, so sorry for my.......
I have a griedview that produces  a table from sql db. on the left side i have option to delete individualy with confirm. On the right side i want to a have a link or button that will redirect me to a new google page according to the data from the last field of the db.
For example.
