I understand how to add a JS confirmation to a button, when the page loads, but I need to know how to make it conditional

Let's say there's a textbox on the page with the ASP.Net button - IF the user leaves the textbox at zero, I would like the confirmation to popup. If the user enters more than zero, I don't want it to popup.

Can someone tell me how to accomplish this?
