I need to open up an external link, requested with values sent in hidden fields.
This works fine when I list the <input type="hidden"> on my ascx. and then have a button with PostBackUrl="ex. websiteUrl"
But I don't want to do that because I want to trigger an event instead (so I can check for a particular value) and use something like Response.Redirect to open the URL.
Problem is if I just leave the hidden fields listed on the ascx. where they are, and use Response.Redirct("ex. websiteURL") the page gets loaded with the hidden fields being passed.
Any ideas?
