I'm aiming to build a price comparison search engine type facility for a site that searches cruise ship holiday prices from all of the majour operators, RCCL, NCL, Carnival, Cunard and more... but I dont know how to start or where I would even get the initial data from? Could someone please explain to me how I would go about getting the data for the holidays (listed below) and how I would search the data in a MySQL database using search terms submitted by the user and load the results into a page?

URL to redirect user to online booking
I also wish to provide facilities to create a new forum topic regarding the result on the site forum or share it via social media, which should be pretty simple right? Oh and allow users to create reviews and read others (of course) for the holidays.
