So I have tried using CaptureMouse with both a UserControl and a class that I created which derives from Control.  It just simply doesn't work.
Here is how I have it coded: I have a control with a button on it.  When the button gets clicked, the event handler for the click calls CaptureMouse().  I then also have an event handler for MouseMove.  Now, assuming CaptureMouse() worked, I should be receiving all MouseMove events even if the mouse is not hovering above my control anymore, but it simply is not working.  The second the mouse leaves my control, I do not receive MouseMove events anymore (or MouseButtonUp events either for that matter...just to show that it is not isolated to the MouseMove event).  Any way to solve this issue?
