Connection strings and the web.config

Ok I have gotten to the point in my project were I really need to remove lal my connection strings from the codebehind and put it in the web.config file, and then retrive it from there. But I cant seem to figure out how that works syntex wise. Below is the connection I added to the webconfig but I need to know if this is the correct format and how do I use the connection after it is built there.
