Hi all, I have been able to write custom membership and role providers that authenticate a user against my database and then also retrieve roles from my database. Now what I need to do is the following:-1. Custom authorization module: a. Check permission for user/role at folder level. b. Check permission for user/role at file (.aspx) level. c. Check write/modify for user/role permission at file (.aspx) level.2. Some ideas are:- a. Have my .aspx page implement a certain interface (ICustomPage) whereby everytime a postback is done the runtime/module automatically checks if the user has write/modify permission. b. HttpModules?I am new to httpmodules etc. Could someone make any suggestions and point me in the correct direction.
