Create Folders/Files in VSS 2005 from ASP.NET 3.5

How to create folders/files in VSS2005 (Visual SourceSafe) using asp.net 3.5 (2008)?  are there any .net classes available?  In asp.net application, if a user creates a folder then I have to create the folder in specific physical location (C:\website\FolderA) and also have to create "Folder A" in VSS2005.  For creating a folder in physical location is easy but for VSS folder/file creation, not sure.
