Session Cookie Does Not Contain the "secure" Attribute

Hello,
i am trying to secure cookies in my asp.net 2.0 web application but web i try to use the following code in web.config
 
<httpRuntime enableVersionHeader="False"/>
        <httpCookies httpOnlyCookies="false" requireSSL="false"/>
but it is not working any help please . thank you for the help
