I am working on a web application using asp.net 2.0, C# 2005 and Visual STudio 2005. In my application I have created a function fill combo to fill any dropdownlist from the database. on the pages I had called fillcombo method in if (!ispostback) condition but in some of my pages when the page loads the dropdown fills successfully but if the page postbacks due to some checkbox or radiobutton having autopostback true, all the values in the dropdownlist vanishes. I dont know why the values are not preserving. I dont expect an exact solution of my problem by then what I need to check in my code? please help me out of this.
