How to access Profile of the users by the admin

Hi,
I am using PROFILE for the users to register (first name, last name, address etc) in my e-Commerce site.
Now, the administrator of the site wants to access the details of the users (first name etc.) to contact them. How can the administrator
access the details of the users? Will he be able to access the details of the users who used profile?
Thanks, ...
