asp nested table width

in my asp I have nested tables
outer table is an html table width=100%
inner table is extracted and created from telerik (component) this table width=100% but the data is so long (more than my screen width)
when it renders the inner table is bigger than outer table
How can I fix it?
I want to fill outer table to the size of inner table
