need a urgent help from u folks
There is a aspx URL which i need to connect to and read the outputstream of that URL from a standalone java code.(ie here from my client standalone java code i am trying to connect to the url and read the output stream of that url).
The problem is , the URL needs to be appended with username and password in encrypted form. But this approach of sending the credentials in the URL is denied by the security team.
What other approaches are there such that i should be able to connect to the URL using username and pswd but without sending them in URL?
