Inheritance in aspx pages

I am relatively new to ASP.Net web programming. Looking for some help with designing a web application.   The app has 6 very similar screens (webforms), all with a bunch of complex controls, including a ListView with paging. Each row in the ListView contains a Checkbox, a dropdown list and other controls.   In a traditional OO way, i would want to extract out the ListView and most common functions in to a base class and have all the 6 common screens inherit the base class. The child pages would then override the functions and controls which needs to be cusomized for each screen.   BaseClass.aspx extends Page   Screen1 inherits from BaseClass.aspx
