How allow user to access specific page

Dear All,
I am new in asp.net.
I have developed website using ASP.NET Web Forms.
I also used ASP.NET Routing in my project.
I also used Form Authentication for security purpose.
I am facing small problem. I want to allow all users on specific page.
I used below code to grant access:

      </authorization>

when i try to open spec.aspx. browser redirect me to login page.
Actually when i try access spec.aspx page. following url created b/c of asp.net routing. e.g
www.mobilescorner.com/Nokia_Ora_Price
