Using forms authentication, my users click Logout (LoginStatus server control), and the app aptly handles the job and Login.aspx quickly pops up as planned.
However, if the user walks away and rerturns after their session expires, there's a consistent 10-second delay (or more) before Login.aspx appears.
Could someone help me understand why this happens? Is there a way to improve this performance?
