Under Tools, options, Project Solutions, General, there is a check box for "Prompt for symbolic renaming when renaming files". What does this do? Does it simply rename a control (e.g. button, textbox) for every instance I happen to reference the renamed control? What should happen when renaming a class file? Shoudl this be checked?
After changing my Button1 to btnHello, I noticed that the button in my cs is still Button1, not btnHello. I thought the rename should update this automatically? When I run the code, it works fine, but how does Button1_Click map to btnHello?
