OLEDB connection

hi i m using the following connection to retrive data from the Accessdatabase
Con = New Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection("Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; Data Source=C:\test\test.mdb;Jet OLEDB:System Database=C:\test\test2.mdb; Password= test;User ID= test;")

the size of the file is 67 MB
its taking too long to retrive data from the access
is there any other fastest way to get data from the Access
