while refreshing button event executes

hi all,
   i have four textboxes and one button(Add) in my page. when i click the (Add)button it inserts the textbox values to database tables. my requirement is after inserting when refreshing( f5 key) the page,  inserted values is again inserting to the database tables.anybody know how to avoid this one?
