web parts' drag and drop issue

Hello every one,
I am using web partz controls to give the fascility of drag and drop for end user,
for that I am using four web zones, and  in every zone there are controls like calendar , listbox 
etc. Whenever I dragg one control onto the other zone it runs, but if I again droped another control onto this zone the first dragged control goes to its original zones e.g zone1 etc.
it is happened whenever dragged control becomes more than two.

the second issue which I am facing is that whenever I minimize a control successfuly minimized , but when I minimizes other control in another zone the first minimized control restored itself automaticaly.....
