Is there a canned routine anywhere in Asp.net for creating the images with the funny letters in sending e-mails.

To stop auto bots from succeeding in hijacking e-mail on web apps, they always ask you to read the box below which is always an image iwth letters and other garbage to fool image recogniition.  Is there a canned routine to do that built in to ASP.net?
