I'm trying to get my app to connect to a SQL Server Express database and it's failing with the following exception:
Login failed for user 'user'. ClientConnectionId:e0c6fc4a-57c9-467a-88d3-710e29a7ec42
When I look into the logs in SQL server it says: An attempt to login using SQL authentication failed. Server is configured for Windows authentication only"
When I look to see how sql server is configured I KNOW it's set to use mixed mode. Are there any instances where this error appears in error?
