I have added two custom pages to the createuserwizard to collect additional info from the user and preferences. The first page is nam and address information. The second page is to collect preferences using a checkboxlist. The checkboxlist is populated dynamically using an objectdatasource. This all works as expected. The ASP code for the page containing the checkboxlist is:
