So, I don't want to hear anyone say "you shouldn't use frames!" or even "use an anchor!". If there's truly no solution to this, then I will resort to either of those, but I already understand how this can be achieved.
My problem is that I'd like to have a page that has two frames, kind of like a sidebar and a main frame, such that the sidebar is used for navigating things to do and the main frame shows what's happening. To keep it simple, the sidebar has a few buttons, and I want the main frame to show the results from clicking a button on the sidebar - you know, like bringing up a form to submit, or something like that. So far, if I click a button, the "results" are shown in the sidebar (the same frame/page)...not where I want them!
I feel like buttons are nicer and I would like to have them instead of anchors, but again, if this is not possible, it's okay :)
