I've created a form for users to create a profile with some drop down lists to choose information. I found information on how to set the list options with a hash table however I am having issues with being able to sort the information in my list as well as how to use the hash table to load the list but leave the list value in it's initial state to blank...

Me.ddlProgra.items.clear()
dim ht as new hastable
ht.add("0","value 1")
ht.add("1","value 2")
ht.add("2","value 3")
me.ddlProgram.datasource = ht
me.ddlProgram.datatextfield = "Value"
me.ddlProgram.datavaluefield = "Key"
me.ddlProgram.databind()
Can anyone help me with these two tasks?
