accessing server controls residing in a user control!!!

Hi, is there a way to access server controls residing in a user control from the .aspx file that is using the user control?

for instance, say I have a couple of dropdownlists inside a user control and this user control is placed somewhere in my .aspx file.Now in the .aspx.cs file, I wish to tackle with list items of the above mentioned dropdownlists(existing inside the user control), is this possible,thanks
