Ajax not working with HttpModule

Hi folks,
I've implemented a HttpModule to set my own security information during authenticatation request. Since I've done this a partial postback from an update panel is no more working (a control within an update panel does not update accordingly). I have no idea how to redirect the partial postback to the right HttpModule (System.Web.Handlers.ScriptModule) in order to process it...??? Any idea?
