Failed to start monitoring

I have a windows vista 64 bit enviornment. I have installed VS2005.

Whenever i create a website in VB in the studio and try to run it i get the error build failed and the reason being "Failed to start monitoring changes to c:\FirstProj\global.asax"

FirstProj is my project directory and in my project there is no global.asax file. I have tried the persmission options. In vista ther eis no ASPNET login created. But there is "network service" login. I have given this login full acess on FirstProj folder. But still i get the error.

Can somebody give a solution for this. I have been trying for the last one week and no success.
