Example on displaying a data when detecting a keyword

Hello, I have a webpage where a user is ask to enter a specific  word, example: key, and what I want is, the webpage to display in the next page key - hole. Basically I can already store the word 'key' and display it when click enter button, but after clicking the enter button the key word will have another word attach to it, example 'hole'. What I am planning to do is store the key name and the output partner in MS Access, but I am unsure on how to scan the data, e.g. If it is 'key', scan the MS Access, find 'key' and output both 'key' and the word written next to it in another column. How can I do this?
