I have a very big probelm when i download file in Asp.net Application. when user upload file the name is stored in Database and file is upload on the root folder.
When i download which name is presesnt in Database but in [root_Folder] it is not present. here is code

if file is not present in folder it Create the PDF with the pdf name in [DataBase] dummy 41kb size.
i put my code in try catch i dont know what happend please help
